The previous gate (107d3c5) evaluated `pcall(require, "blink-copilot")` at
the top of completion.lua, which runs at startup when lazy collects specs.
But blink-copilot is a dependency of blink.cmp, which is event-loaded on
InsertEnter — lazy only adds it to the runtimepath when blink loads, after
startup. So the startup pcall was always false even when blink-copilot was
installed and :Copilot authed, and "copilot" never joined sources.default.
Result: Copilot was Online/Attached but blink never queried it (no
completions in the menu).
Move the gate into blink's config function, which runs at blink-load time
after lazy has loaded the dependency and added it to rtp. There pcall
succeeds and "copilot" is appended to sources.default; if the module isn't
requireable (pre-install) it's left out, preserving the original crash
guard (blink does an unguarded require() of each source module when
building the provider list). Verified headless: sources.default now
includes "copilot" and blink.show triggers with no error.
